Changing Passwords on Individual Systems

**This is for accounts that are NOT synchronized.

To change your passwords on any of the following systems you MUST know your current password on that system. If you do not know your current password you must call the ITS Solution Center 928/523-1511 for assistance during normal university business hours.

One possible option if you know your LDAP password and you need to have a password reset on one of the other systems is to logon to the Campus Directory (LDAP), access your record, and change the password synchronization indicator to "Y" (yes). Then follow the instructions below for changing your LDAP password. Wait a few minutes to allow time for password synchronization to take place then logon to the account that you originally wanted to access with the new password you just reset.
