New Faculty & Staff Checklist

Information Technology Services (ITS) is a university service organization dedicated to the computing, networking and telecommunication needs of the university community. We provide infrastructure and support services to faculty, staff, and students; on the Flagstaff campus and statewide.
  1. Telephone Services
  2. Departmental Technical Support Personnel - IT-Pro - Many departments employ dedicated technical support staff.
  3. User ID and Password - Contact the ITS Solution Center at 928-523-1511, or statewide toll-free at 888-520-7215 to obtain your user id and password. Your standard computing accounts ( email, NAU domain and LDAP ) will be automatically generated.

  8. Online Directory - LDAP - Maintain your electronic Nothern Arizona University directory information; update preferred alias, preferred email account, homepage URL.
  9. Oracle Calendar - Electronic Calendar / Scheduler for individuals and resources.
  10. Virus/Spyware/Hoax

  12. Automatic Test ScoringITS supports a facility to aid faculty with test scoring. SCORER uses optically-scanned test forms and provides the instructor with test scores, score histograms, item analyses and individual student score sheets.
