Oracle Databases
- Database Administration - Provides many self service items such as Oracle software information, account information, project information, documentation and policies on ITSPRD, ITSQA, ITSDEV, and NAUDEV.

- Web Services - All faculty of Northern Arizona University are provided with individual web space on the Unix / Apache server Jan. In addition, a personal web account may be requested on the IIS server OAK.
